I’m a Danish-Italian wine and food consultant with a great passion: the excellences of wines and gourmet foods. I grew up between two cultures: Italian and Scandinavian. I was bought up respecting the territory’s unique features, as well as its nature and its cultures in the broadest sense of the term. Specifically, with a focus on the world of wine and food. I’m a very capable communicator with the personal goal to constantly promote on different fronts the tradition of good food and good wine according to the attention and awareness it deserves.
